This week -- Let's talk about food!

In our project class this week we're going to talk about food! The theme being 'Home Economics' we're going to learn about different foods, their flavors, taste and texture! And we're also planning on cooking a little something special... just in time for Easter!

My favorite food is sushi. I really enjoy the delicate flavor of the raw fish, the seaweed and the vinegary rice. It's very fresh and delicious to me! The raw fish is usually tender, soft and a little sweet, and combined with the slightly sour flavor of the rice -- because of the rice vinegar -- and it makes a very tasty combo!

Even if sushi is originally from Japan -- click here to learn more about it -- it's easy to find delicious sushi here in Korea. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the seaweed is very flavorful.
